I'm a guy who loves to cook. I always find myself in my small apartment kitchen cooking something. Ever since I was little, I have always helped my mom out by cutting up vegetables with a kid's safety knife or measuring out ingredients. This led me to culinary school. In 2019, I graduated from Robert Morris University Chicago with a bachelors in culinary arts. I have recently taken over professional kitchens. Unfortunately due to the pandemic the restaurant had to shut down. But that doesn't stop me from cooking! I enjoy coming up with crazy ideas and new twists to an old classic.
